| Commentaire | : | This paper introduces a 5-stage, low-power voltage-controlled oscillator designed to work as analog and numeric modulator. For the control voltage, which varies from 0.25V to 1V, the frequency of the oscillator variation depends on the control voltage, with the supply voltage 1V, the circuit has low power at compared to circuits reported in the literature. The circuit is designed on the 65nm CMOS TSMC process using a cadence environment. |
